       KUALA LUMPUR: Solarvest, Chin Hin, Green Packet, Mi Technovation, JF Technology are among the stocks which could see trading interest on Tuesday after their corporate announcements, JF Apex Research says.

       Solarvest has secured a RM42.9mil contract to build a large-scale solar photovoltaic plant in Perak's Kerian district.

       Chin Hin Group Property plans to buy a 65% stake in construction firm Kayangan Kemas Sdn Bhd for RM37.95mil. It has also proposed to diversify its business into construction, to complement its property development business.

       As for Straits Inter Logistics, it has partnered Petronas Dagangan to provide marine fuel oil to vessels at all ports in Malaysia.

       OM Holdings’s smelting complex in Sarawak has been given the green light to resume operations. The plant was temporarily suspended from May 28.

       Green Packet wants to dispose of its stake in G3 Global to its managing director and chief executive officer Puan Chan Cheong for between RM61.26mil and RM91.89mil in cash (up to 612.57 million shares, or a 24.81% stake, in G3 Global, after exercising warrants into shares, at between 10 sen and 15 sen per share.

       Mi Technovation plans a private placement of up to 10% of its share capital to raise up to RM270.68mil, to expand the group's business.

       JF Technology's unit JF Microtechnology Sdn Bhd was granted six new patents for the group's integrated circuit (IC) testing-related inventions during FY21.

       NPC Resources said it has accepted a non-binding offer by IOI Corp to acquire its properties in Sabah for an indicative price of RM281.23mil. However, the offer is conditional upon the result of due diligence on the properties and finalisation of the definitive binding agreement by Sept 30.

       Axiata Group is in advanced talks to buy a stake in Indonesian internet provider PT Link Net, based on a news report.

       AME Elite's unit AME Development Sdn Bhd has been slapped with RM7.16mil in additional income tax and penalty by the Director General of Inland Revenue Board (IRB) for the year of assessment 2018.
