       KUWAIT CITY, Nov 23: An Amiri decree was issued, Tuesday, assigning His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah as Prime Minister and tasked him with forming the new Cabinet. This order came within the framework and Articles of the Constitution and the Prime Minister will have to inform the National Assembly of the Amiri order. (KUNA)
