       KUWAIT CITY, April 21: The Director of Public Relations at the Federation of Kuwait Banks, Sheikha Al-Issa, announced that banks will be closed from Sunday, May 1, 2022, as a day of rest, and Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, until May 4, 2022, on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr festival. Local banks are scheduled to open to the public on a limited scale on Thursday, May 5, 2022, at their respective headquarters and some of the main branches in all governorates, and they will open for usual business as of Sunday, May 8, 2022. This is based on the circular issued by the Central Bank of Kuwait.
