KUALA LUMPUR: Energy solutions provider T7 Global Bhd plans to leverage on Atrax Group NZ Ltd’s technical and service support to tender for logistics contracts.

       In a statement on Thursday, its unit T7 Aero Sdn Bhd was appointed an authorised distributor for Atrax Group’s weighing and dimensioning products in Malaysia.

       With the appointment, T7 Aero will be able to sell and market the full range of Atrax products in Malaysia with full technical and service support from Atrax Group.

       Atrax Group is the world leader in the design, manufacture and support of a full range of weighing, dimensioning and related control systems for the airport and logistics industries.

       T7 Global chairman Datuk Seri Dr Nik Norzrul Thani N Hassan Thani said the appointment by Atrax Group and the full support will help the company in its tenders for logistics contracts.

       “Atrax Group’s products and systems are installed and utilised in over 800 airport sites across more than 140 countries. Its market proven products are manufactured under ISO9001 quality management system and have gained approval by regulatory bodies all around the world.

       “Presently, we are working with Atrax Group to supply its weighing systems to our existing customer PTS Resources Sdn Bhd. This appointment will further solidify our partnership with Atrax to continue pursuing more clients in the logistics sector as we aim to tap into the booming logistics business following the growth in e-commerce via Atrax Group, ” he added.

       T7 Global recently teamed up with Singapore-based Siemens Logistics Pte. Ltd to collaborate in business opportunities in Malaysia especially the growing logistics sector.
