It's also alleged the couple rigged up dangerous barbed wire on garden fencing and set up 'props and dolls' as part of a year-long campaign against Joanne Shreeves.
Durdin and Dempsey appeared at Thames Magistrates' Court in Bow today.
They pleaded not guilty to a charge of harassment, and will face a trial next year.
It's alleged they were aiming to "cause distress" to Ms Shreeves between June 2020 and August 2021.
Durdin, who is also accused of destroying a £1,350 CCTV camera belonging to Ms Shreeves in May, pleaded not guilty to a charge of criminal damage.
