OSAKA -- Official goods for "Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan" were unveiled in this western Japan city by popular comedians and others on Sept. 16, and are now available at a special shop and online.
At the unveiling event World Expo minister Shinji Inoue, Terumoto Goto of comedy duo Football Hour and others showcased the items, which are the first officially licensed goods made for the event. Its logo -- a ring of red ovals inspired by human cells -- adorns some 60 official products including 770-yen (about $7) pin badges, 3,960-yen (approximately $36) polo shirts, both including tax, and stationery.
The merchandise is available from a special shop in the Kintetsu Department Store Main Store Abeno Harukas in Osaka's Abeno Ward and online at: https://shop.d-kintetsu.co.jp/shop/e/eG00-expo2025-001/ (in Japanese).
Further sales locations will sequentially open in the Kansai region, including at Kintetsu Department Store's six branches.
