PETALING JAYA: Hua Yang Bhd’s performance is on pace to rebound as the property industry outlook improves, although the road to recovery has been difficult for the property developer.

       According to TA Securities Research, the group’s management is cautiously optimistic on the property market’s prospects and anticipates property sales growth will accelerate as the economy grows.

       For new launches, Hua Yang will focus on affordable housing in the northern region, including terrace houses in the Bandar Universiti Seri Iskandar township in Perak and Aston Acacia serviced apartments (Phase 2) in Bukit Mertajam, Penang.

       TA Securities said Hua Yang’s total new launches earmarked for the financial year ending March 31, 2022 are at RM268mil.
