KUALA LUMPUR: Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd's shares on Bursa Malaysia went up in the early session today after the company inked a RM47.21 million contract with Pembinaan Era Dinamik Sdn Bhd.
At 10.09 am, the counter added 3.5 sen to 32 sen with 11.35 million shares traded.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the company said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Puncak Niaga Construction Sdn Bhd, had been appointed as the principal sub-contractor for the construction and completion of raw water intake station and low weir, raw water intake station with a capacity of 12 minimal liquid discharge water extraction from Sungai Ketil in Kelantan.
The project commenced on July 3, 2023, and is expected to be completed on May 28, 2024, with a defect liability period of 24 months. - Bernama
