In a remarkable transformation, a 52-year-old woman from California is defying time as she reveals her journey of reversing the clock on her body.
Denise Kirtley, feeling inspired to take charge of her life, embarked on a path of rejuvenation after struggling with a weight gain of 20kg during the pandemic and perimenopause.
Approaching her 50th birthday, Denise decided it was time to make a change when she noticed her wedding ring no longer fit.
Signing up with an online company that provided personalised diet and fitness plans, she set her sights on a new and improved version of herself.

“What we tell ourselves matters more than anything else. I'm ageing, but I'm strong, vibrant, and spirited.”
