SEREMBAN: A 27-year-old food delivery rider died in a collision at a traffic light junction along Jalan Seremban-Paroi near here on Thursday morning (Aug 19).

       Khairil Anwar Radhuan, from Senawang, was killed on the spot when his motorcycle and a car collided in the 10.55am accident near the Paroi Stadium.

       Seremban district police chief ACP Mohd Said Ibrahim said the victim suffered serious head injuries in the accident.

       "Preliminary investigations revealed that the 32-year-old driver was heading towards Seremban alone when he and the victim collided at the junction.

       "The victim's remains have been sent to the Tuanku Ja'afar Hospital for post-mortem," he added.

       The case is being probed under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
