Nigel Farage is celebrating becoming an MP at the eighth attempt in a stunning election night for Reform UK which saw the party take 14 percent of the vote share so far.
Mr Farage will be returned to Parliament as the representative for Clacton having only joined the Reform UK campaign in the last few months.

In a distastrous night for the Conservatives, Reform UK appeared to take a large share of the centre right vote, as well as burrowing into Labour support.
The vote share translated to Reform UK finishing in second place in an astonishing 98 constituencies, and despite the Labour landslide the vote share for Sir Keir Starmer's party overall only hovers around 34 percent.
Second place seats included the earliest result of the night in Sunderland Central where Reform took 10,779 votes narrowly finishing behind Labour, in Louth and Horncastle they took 11,935 votes getting worryingly close to the first place Conservative candidate, and in Amber Valley in the Midlands Reform took 12,192 votes seemingly handing the constituency to Labour as a gain from the Tories who finished third.

Despite their vote share being lower than Reform UK, the Lib Dems have won 71 seats compared to Reform's four, which may spark debate around the country's current First Past the Post voting system.
Speaking after his victory in Clacton the Reform UK leader Mr Farage said: "It's not just disappointment with the Conservative party, there is a massive gap on the centre-right of British politics and my job is to fill it."
Mr Farage added that despite taking votes from the right, he and his party were "coming after" the Labour Party now he and others had won seats in Parliament.
Lee Anderson became Reform's first MP of the night and the party's chairman Richard Tice won Boston and Skegness, beating the Conservatives to secure his party's fourth seat of the night.
Earlier, businessman and former Southampton FC chairman Rupert Lowe, won Great Yarmouth, also from the Tories.

Mr Farage said Reform will be a "non-racist, non-sectarian" party and this election is the "beginning of the end" for the Tory party.
He added: "This is just the first step, I set out with a goal to win millions of votes, to get a bridgehead in Parliament and that's what we've done so I'm very pleased."
He said the Reform party would move forward "very rapidly".
