It was feeling like fall out there again today. At least in my area of the city, leaves have been changing rather quickly of late. Through tonight: Skies clear out with sunset, leading us to a seasonably cool night. Lows should reach the mid- and upper 40s most spots. Winds blow lightly from the north.

Tomorrow (Wednesday): Sunnier and warmer than today, with less of a gusty breeze. The mid-60s appear to be a worthy target. Some spots could be a touch warmer than that.

Weekend storm? Odds of anything significant from the next weekend rain chance have dwindled in recent days. As it appears now, any surface low-pressure development in the northeast will tend to come too late to offer us a whole lot. We do probably see some showers late Friday and into Saturday, plus increasingly gusty winds. The situation is still convoluted enough that we should keep an eye out for changes.
