The Duke of Sussex and the Duke of Cambridge have purportedly endured a strained relationship since Harry decided to step back as a senior member of the firm in 2020. Although the relationship has somewhat healed after the brothers reunited in July, a royal expert has said it is “unlikely” the rift will be fully mended any time soon.

       Nick Bullen, co-founder and editor-in-chief of True Royalty TV, told Fox News Harry and William are headed in “the right direction”.

       “I think it’s very unlikely that we’ll see any resolution between the brothers very soon,” Mr Bullen said.

       “Everything I’m told is that it is still pretty difficult for them.

       “Obviously, they’ve spoken and spent time with their mother’s family.

       “That was all good and a step forward in the right direction.

       “But there’s no real reason for them to be back together publicly until Jubilee next year.”

       The brothers last saw each other face to face when they unveiled a statue of their mother Princess Diana together on July 1.

       Harry jetted to the UK from his Montecito home just prior to the event which fell on what would have been Diana’s 60th birthday.

       Unless Prince Harry returns to the UK to christen his two-month old daughter Lilibet, there are no plans for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to see the other members of the Royal Family.

       Mr Bullen added Prince William and Harry will continue to “carry on” separately.

       He said: “I would imagine that they know the right thing to do.

       “I suspect they will put their troubles behind them to support the queen.
