Princess Charlotte and Prince George celebrated with their arms up in the air and they could not contain their excitement as they watched Carlos Alcaraz claim his first Wimbledon title on Centre Court.
From the Royal Box on Centre Court in Wimbledon, the two young royals cheered on Alcaraz as he stunned the 23-time grand slam champion, Novak Djokovic 1-6, 7-6, 6-1, 3-6, 6-4 to claim his first Wimbledon title.
Throughout the afternoon, Prince George and his sister closely watched the exhausting rallies, diving volleys and drop shots. In total, there were 4 hours and 43 minutes of energy, determination and fight.

Throughout the afternoon, the royal duo closely watched as the match intensified with the Princess of Wales seemingly explaining and commenting on the play.
At times, though, the two men were so closely matched that 13 deuces could not split them - the fifth game of the third set lasting nearly 26 minutes.
Tennis is used to extraordinarily long matches, but Centre Court experienced an intense final that entertained the Royal Box and an audience around the world.
Alcaraz is the first player outside of the sport’s ‘big four’ of Djokovic, Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray to win the Wimbledon men’s singles title since 2002.

At times, Prince George, nine, and Princess Charlotte, eight, commented on the tennis stars' play as they battled head-to-head to claim the grand slam title.
At times the Prince covered his face with his hands, and his sister crossed her fingers, hoping her preferred player would come out top.
The appearance was Princess Charlotte’s Wimbledon debut while her brother first attended the tournament last year.
Princess Kate was at the tournament for her role as patron of the All England Club, a patronage she inherited from the late Queen.

Prince William, Prince George and Princess Charlotte cheered on, as Princess Kate looked delighted for Alcaraz and handed over the famed trophy to the worthy winner. Both children were seen thoroughly engrossed in the day's tennis.
Alcaraz emotionally held the trophy up in front of the adoring crowd, who backed him throughout the near five-hour long game.
After he was handed the trophy by Princess Kate, the new world number one said it was a "dream come true" to win Wimbledon and "make history in this beautiful tournament".
Film stars Brad Pitt and Daniel Craig were also among those watching from the stands as Novak Djokovic attempted to defend his Wimbledon title.
