A woman has shared her secrets on how she brought a beautiful Italian villa by the sea for only ￡33K.

       Sinead, otherwise known on social media platform TikTok as CasaMarzy, regularly posts pictures and videos of her stunning Italian apartment and created her account to help people do the same.

       In 2022 the Irishwoman purchased a one bedroom apartment in stunning Tropea.

       Voted Italy’s most beautiful village in 2021, Tropea is renowned for its spectacular crystal clear waters, charming historic centre and its gorgeous cliffside setting.

       Known as the Coast of Gods, the town is often described as the jewel in the crown of Calabria.

       And it seems Sinead definitely picked up a bargain as her apartment came fully furnished with pool and sea views with gorgeous green shutters.

       In a TikTok she said: "POV you're 30, single with no kids. Sitting in the terrace of the Italian apartment you brought at 28 eating pizza and watching the sunset over an active volcano.

       "This is your sign to to keep doing whatever you want".

       Sinead pays ￡1k a year in communal fees and a ￡277 yearly house tax but emphasised that the stunning views are “priceless.”

       In another video Sinead advised those looking to find an Italian property bargain to use sites Gate-way, a Place in the Sun and Idealista Italy.

       Another added: "Oh this looks amazing, you are living my dream." To which Sinead replied "you can do it too".

       "This is fabulous. I would love to do the same. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks a mill", said another user.

       Tropea can be moderately expensive, particularly during the peak tourist season in the summer, especially for properties with sea views or close to the beach.
