KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd is extending its “Mah Sing NOW” campaign until Dec 31, 2021 which offers home ownership boosters, namely “Own Now, Zero Now and Save Now”, for selected units in the participating projects across the nation.
It said on Tuesday the extension of the campaign was due to the re-opening of more economic sectors under the National Recovery Plan and overwhelming interest towards the group’s projects.
Mah Sing’s founder and group managing director, Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum (pic, below) said the high vaccination rate and the opening of sales gallery have provided a much-needed impetus to the property industry.
“We see clear interest for our projects and observed a significant increase in footfall to our sales galleries. Home buyers are actively making appointments to visit our sales gallery to scout for their ideal home.
“We are strongly encouraged by the positive feedback and this boosts our confidence to extend the Mah Sing NOW campaign to ensure that all interested home buyers will be able to enjoy the perks that we offer,” he said.
Leong said all of Mah Sing’s sales galleries implement stringent SOPs adhering to the government’s guidelines as its workers are 100% vaccinated and the group provides a safe environment for its customers, “especially when we assist them in embarking on their exciting homeownership journey”.

On the campaign, it provides easy entry for buyers - facilitating easy loan approval with Maybank Houzkey. This is followed by the second “dose”, Zero Now where the approach extends zero payments for buyers namely zero downpayment, zero payment during construction, as well as zero legal fees on SPA and loan.
Lastly, the whole process is complemented with the Save Now which will see the campaign providing big savings with up to 50% off the monthly payments, savings on MOT and free furnishing. Additional cash incentive also awaits buyers who can prove that they are vaccinated or have registered for vaccination, by showcasing their vaccination certificate or appointment.
The participating projects under Mah Sing NOW campaign are located at property hotspots such as Klang Valley, Johor and Penang.
In Klang Valley, the projects are M Luna (Kepong), M Vertica (Cheras), M Adora (Wangsa Melawati), M Centura (Sentul), M Oscar (Off Kuchai Lama), M Arisa (Sentul), M Aruna (Rawang), Sensory Residence and Cerrado Suites @ Southville City (KL South).

Mah Sing Group also lauded the 12th Malaysia Plan (12MP) themed "A Prosperous, Inclusive, Sustainable Malaysia" tabled by the government.
“We view the 12th Malaysia Plan positively as it emphasises on social welfare and protection of Malaysian as well as strengthening economic growth. This creates a conducive environment for the rakyat and local businesses to build a strong foundation for the next five years as the nation works towards ensuring sustainable and inclusive economic development for all Malaysians.
“For the property industry, private sector can also echo the government’s initiative to offer more affordable homes for the B40 and M40, by playing our part to provide affordable homes in strategic locations with innovative layout which is appealing to the mass market,” it said.
The five-year development roadmap outlines the strategic direction and key initiatives for the country to revitalise its economy post-pandemic, ensure a fair and equitable distribution of the country’s prosperity as well as preserving the environmental sustainability.
The 12MP also displays the government’s commitment to provide quality and affordable housing for the Malaysian, especially the B40 and M40 groups, which will see another 500,000 units of affordable homes to be built during the duration of 12MP.
The government will also be enhancing the financing facilities such as “Fund for Affordable Housing”, “Youth Housing Scheme” and “Rent-to-Own” programme to ensure that the B40 and M40 groups are not burdened with instalment payments.
