It’s quite useful actually, as, according to the new Labour government, the country is broken.
So it shouldn’t take Keir Starmer too long to fix.

Sir Keir swept into No 10 after the most extraordinary general election night in living memory.
Labour’s landslide victory was historic, as was the record Tory defeat.
The Lib Dems gained a remarkable 71 seats, unthinkable just six weeks ago.

Don't miss... Rishi Sunak took a major gamble....the gamble failed [LATEST]
All that’s needed now is for the bungee jump-loving Ed Davey to celebrate the Yoghurt Weavers haul by launching himself Evel Knievel-style over the bodies of the 12 Tory big beasts slayed in the election bloodbath.
Perhaps the most stunning political moment of the night came when Nigel Farage finally succeeded in becoming an MP at the eighth attempt.
He was joined by former Labour/Tory man Lee Anderson, Richard Tice, Rupert Lowe and James McMurdock as Reform UK stormed into the Commons with five seats.
The ‘Bad Boys of Parliament’ should liven things up a bit.
In other news, Jeremy Corbyn won, the Greens did well as did pro-Palestinian candidates.
Make no mistake, the repercussions of this election will be felt from Gaza to Grimsby, from Moscow to Melton Mowbray.
Meanwhile, the BBC made a complete Horlicks of its election night show and former Labour leader Lord Kinnock savaged George Galloway for being “repellent” and “repulsive”.
Last but not least Liz Truss capped a stellar fall from grace, being ousted as an MP some 18 months after becoming the shortest serving Prime Minister in history having crashed the economy.
The morning after the night before, a bleary-eyed Westminster said goodbye to one Prime Minister before welcoming a new one - the fourth in five years.

A broken but dignified Rishi Sunak said he was “sorry” before leaving Downing Street with dutiful wife Akshata Murty for a trip to see the King.
As soon as he was out of the way Sir Keir - who had also been to see His Majesty - entered the fabled gates.
He then performed his Tony Blair tribute act partypiece, chatting to flag-waving well-wishers, before addressing the nation as PM.
Promising “change”, Sir Keir, arm-in-arm with wife Victoria, who was wearing a stunning Labour-red dress, then entered No 10 as Prime Minister.

With a massive majority in his back-pocket, Sir Keir quickly got to work appointing his new Cabinet.
It’s a good job as in Sir Keir’s new one-party socialist superstate Friday’s end at 6pm.
TSI Friday - Thank Starmer it’s Friday…..an exhausted Westminster certainly does.
