Villanueva is accused of shooting Grijalva, 41, during an argument, police said. Officers found the Fort Washington man in the front seat of a minivan with gunshot wounds after the vehicle crashed in the 11500 block of Tippett Road in Clinton.
Grijalva was taken to a hospital where he died.
Authorities said the men were “known to each other.”
Online court records did not list an attorney for Villanueva.
