In an interview, the Duke of Cambridge laid bare his oldest son’s behavioural antics. The future King of England told CNN about Prince George’s cheeky facial expressions he makes in public.
William said his son was: “A little bit of a rascal, I'll put it that way.
“He either reminds me of my brother or me when I was younger, I'm not sure, but he's doing very well at the moment.”
Prince George recently celebrated his eighth birthday on 22 July.
The cheeky prince is not the only young royal to make expressions in public as his sister Princess Charlotte has also been up to some sassy antics.
A notable snap of Charlotte was taken in 2019 at an Isle of Wight sailing regatta when she stuck out her tongue as a smiling Kate watched on.
Before attending the trophy ceremony, Middleton bent down to Charlotte and told her the whole crowd was looking at her.
According to Hello!, Middleton encouraged her daughter to wave to her royal fans, instead she stuck her tongue out.
Prince William has also revealed his son’s love of dance.
At BBC Radio 1’s Teen Awards, he told a young dancer: "George is doing dancing as well, he loves it. And my mother always used to dance, she loved dancing.
“And if it’s something you love, you do what you love. Don’t let anyone else tell you otherwise."
Prince George also has a passion for football.
Prince William was asked: “What if he got really good at football, can he do the job and up front for Villa?”

The Prince replied: “Definitely I reckon he could be an all-time goal scorer, I can’t see no reason why not.”
Speaking on the Peter Crouch Podcast, William revealed his children love football: “Yeah they do, I took George and Charlotte to the Norwich, Villa game, George started to get really into it by the end.
“I will try not to persuade him to be a Villa fan, I will let him choose his own way, I think having a variety of clubs, it’s about what fits for him.”
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge took Prince George to see England at the final of the Euros at Wembley in July.
