A man was found slain Tuesday night in Prince George’s County, police said.

       He was found with an upper body wound a few minutes before 8 p.m,. in the 6300 block of New Hampshire Avenue, police said.

       Officers went there to check on the man, according to police. They found him on the ground, and he died at the scene, police said.

       The site is near a commercial strip in the vicinity of the boundary between the county and Northeast Washington, and not far from the city of Takoma Park.
