       Meghan and Harry hand in hand at Invictus Games

       Meghan Markle, 42, looked chic in a monochrome number earlier today, wearing a pair of white shorts and a matching blazer.

       The stylish ensemble featured small details including a black stitched border on her jacket, which appeared to be made from a soft fabric.

       Complete with a gold buckle black belt and matching jewellery, the Duchess looked chic yet casual in the simple outfit.

       In keeping with the athletic occasion, Meghan swapped her usual stilettos for a pair of Chanel Cap-Toe Slingback Flats in beige and black (￡910).

       The classic pumps are known for their contrast block colours and are loved by Kate, Princess of Wales.

       A cheaper alternative to the sweater blazer can be found on Boohoo for just ￡43 for those who want to replicate the look.

       The Duchess continued the high-end fashion theme by accessorising with a ￡450 Givenchy belt, which she has worn on many occasions, most notably one of her first-ever royal engagements.

       The blazer and shorts appear to be new additions to the Duchess’s wardrobe, though they’re not a new style. In fact, the white blazer is a staple for Meghan when attending the Invictus Games.

       Last year, the mother-of-two stepped out in a crisp white blazer and coordinating wide-leg trousers.

       On this occasion, however, she swapped the tailored fabric for a looser-fitting look which showed off her toned legs.

       It marks day four of the sporting event, which is being held in North Rhine Westphalia, Germany.

       The Duchess attended with Prince Harry, who complemented her outfit in tonal black and navy clothing.

       Meghan added a touch of glamour to the look by wearing Princess Diana's ￡17,800 Cartier watch and a $62,000 Lorraine Schwartz pinky ring.

       The latter was made from "diamonds gifted from the Middle East", and was teamed with an equally as precious ￡5,000 Cartier love bracelet.

       Yesterday, the Duchess of Sussex looked radiant in a black shirt dress from Banana Republic, costing ￡112, as she joined Prince Harry on stage.
