The man killed Saturday when his moped crashed in Clinton has been identified by the Prince George’s County police as John Mullikin, 52, of Hughesville.

       He was riding east on Brandywine Road when his moped left the roadway near Floral Park Road and struck an embankment, the police said. The reason the moped went off the road is still under investigation, the police said.
