KUALA LUMPUR: Muhibbah Engineering (M) Bhd (MEB) has secured new purchase orders worth RM50.3mil from Siemens Energy (Sweden) and Siemens Energy (Houston).

       MEB, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia, said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Citech Energy Recovery Solutions UK (Ltd) had received the purchase orders.

       It said the approximate combined value of the substantial orders secured amount to RM 50.3mil.

       MEB said both contracts involved the delivery of waste heat recovery unit (WHRU) and expected to be delivered by fourth quarter of 2022.

       “The contracts are expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of MEB for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2022,” it said.
