KUALA LUMPUR: A unit of Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd has accepted a letter of award worth RM126.1mil from Sunrise Alliance Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of UEM Sunrise Bhd, to undertake building works for a proposed residential development at Bandar Putra Permai, Selangor.

       In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Kerjaya said this brought its year-to-date contract wins to RM649.6mil. Kerjaya’s total outstanding order book now stands at about RM3.4bil.

       Works are expected to commence on Dec 15, 2021 and will take 27 months to complete. The contract is expected to provide an additional stream of revenue for the group over the next three years.
