       KUWAIT CITY, Nov 15, (KUNA): Minister of the Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah announced on Monday that an Amiri order was announced assigning temporarily His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to some of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah’s Constitutional rights. Earlier on Sunday, HH the Amir accepted the resignation of His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and his government. His Highness the Amir, in an Amiri Order, instructed the government to act as a caretaker until formation of a new Cabinet.
