A CONVICTED terrorist shot dead by police during a high street knife rampage had vowed to kill the Queen before being freed from jail, an inquest heard yesterday.
Sudesh Amman, 20, had become increasingly violent while serving a 40-month sentence for possessing and sharing terrorist documents.

And he was involved in the radicalisation of other inmates while associating with the likes of the Manchester Arena bomber’s brother Hashem Abedi and Parsons Green Tube bomber Ahmed Hassan.
Amman shared his extremist views — including a desire to join IS, becoming a suicide bomber and to target the Queen.
A prisoner intelligence report said: “He has been shouting different things on the wings such as, ‘This place is full of non- believers’ and, ‘Everyone here will come under the black flag’.”
Monitored phone calls Amman made from Belmarsh jail, South East London, showed he had become “angry and agitated”.
Eight days before his release, worried counter-terrorism police asked prison governor Rob Davis to keep him locked up.
But Mr Davis said it was too late to halt his automatic release after serving two-thirds of his sentence.
