KOTA KEMUNING: The Amber Residences, a high rise project built using Gamuda’s Digital Industrialised Building System (IBS) which has currently received 70 per cent of take-up rate is expected to be completed by March next year.

       Gamuda Land chief executive officer Ngan Chee Meng said the debut of serviced apartments offering in twentyfive.7, Kota Kemuning showcases the company’s commitment to innovation and construction excellence under the Gamuda Green Plan 2025.

       Gamuda Land is the property development arm of Gamuda Bhd .

       He said the Amber Residences, launched in May 2019, caters for younger families and working professionals with built-up from 552 sq ft in two residential towers, offering a total of 596 units.
