KOTA KEMUNING: The Amber Residences, a high rise project built using Gamuda’s Digital Industrialised Building System (IBS) which has currently received 70 per cent of take-up rate is expected to be completed by March next year.

He said the Amber Residences, launched in May 2019, caters for younger families and working professionals with built-up from 552 sq ft in two residential towers, offering a total of 596 units.
