KUALA LUMPUR: Samaiden Group Bhd said it has entered into four engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) agreements with a unit of Malakoff Corp Bhd to install rooftop solar photovoltaic systems at four locations.

       The projects are worth a combined RM22.8mil.

       "The commencement of works shall be on the date of the agreements and the commencement of the installation works and continued access to the sites shall be subjected to the issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP) upon satisfying the conditions precedent in the agreements," Samaiden said in a filing today.

       The rooftop solar systems will be installed at facalities owned by;

       - CTRM Aero Composites Sdn Bhd (CTRM) in Melaka.

       - Motosikal Dan Enjin Nasional Sdn Bhd (Modenas) in Gurun, Kedah.

       - HICOM Teck See Manufacturing Sdn BHd (HTS) in Shah Alam, Selangor.

       - Isuzu Hicom Malaysia Sdn Bhd (IHM) in Pekan, Pahang.
