KUALA LUMPUR: Regional marketing technology player Antsomi has been recognised in Forrester’s report titled “Now Tech: Customer Data Platforms In Asia-Pacific in the fourth quarter of 2021”.
The report includes the company in the automation functionality segment, which describes automation-oriented customer data platform (CDP) as focusing on the development and execution of customer marketing campaigns.
Antsomi has built the first artificial intelligence-enabled CDP native for South-East Asia.
The report provides an overview of 26 customer data platform providers. It states that automation-oriented CDPs focus on the development and execution of customer marketing campaigns.
They provide a campaign design interface, natively execute campaigns such as email and mobile messaging, and embed a decision engine to automate campaign orchestration.
According to the report, Antsomi’s geographic presence by revenue is in South-East Asia by 100%, whereby its vertical market focus is in the industries of retail, e-commerce and media and entertainment.
Its clients include ASUS Singapore, Cycle & Carriage Bintang (Malaysia) and Phu Nhuan Jewelry (Vietnam).
The Forrester report is designed to help its clients understand, identify and shortlist the vendors that align with their most critical business technology issues.
The report highlights the value proposition, vendor segments and individual vendors operating in a maturing marketplace.
It helps Forrester clients become more educated about a market and provides them with a preliminary list of vendors that they might prioritise for ongoing interactions.
