TOKYO -- A 45-year-old man was arrested after stabbing two men at JR Ueno Station in the capital's Taito Ward on Oct. 15.
The suspect stabbed two men appearing to be in their 20s to 30s at the station at around 3:10 p.m. The Metropolitan Police Department arrested the attacker on the spot on suspicion of attempted murder. The victims were wounded in the thigh and back, but their injuries were apparently not life-threatening.
