PETALING JAYA: Gamuda Land’s Booster Home 2.0 campaign offers a comprehensive range of financial assistance incentives to help Malaysians find their dream home as economic sectors and borders reopen, Bernama reported.
In a statement, the group said Booster Home 2.0, which runs until Dec 31, 2021, offers home seekers a flexible suite of purchasing packages to suit their financial outlook.
“Other benefits home seekers can enjoy under Booster Home 2.0 include free legal fee and complimentary maintenance fee for up to two years, along with a memorandum of transfer fee waiver under the national Home Ownership Campaign,” it said.
Participating Gamuda Land projects include Gamuda Cove, Gamuda Gardens, twentyfive.7, Jade Hills, HighPark Suites, The Robertson and Kundang Estates in the Klang Valley, Horizon Hills in Johor and Bukit Bantayan Residences in Sabah.
