KUALA LUMPUR: Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd (CMSB) has revised the composition of its group audit and nomination and remuneration committees effective June 28.

       CMSB, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia, independent non-executive director Jeyabalan S.K. Parasingam has been appointed as the chairman of its group audit committee, nomination and remuneration committee.

       Members in the group audit committee include non-independent non-executive director Umang Nangku Jabu, independent non-executive director Datuk Ir. Kamarudin Zakaria and independent non-executive director Dr. Khor Jaw Huei.

       Members in the nomination and remuneration committee are independent non-executive director Tan Sri Abdul Rashid Abdul Manaf, non-independent non-executive director Datuk Seri Mahmud Abu Bekir Taib and Khor.

       CMSB said there were changes to the composition of the board’s group risk committee.
