Prince William and Kate's intentions to take their three children to visit Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in their Californian home has been questioned by royal experts. Although a joint appearance in Montecito would be "great to see", expert Molly Mulshine believe it could be no more than a "pipe dream" due to their Megxit feud and ongoing Covid-19 restrictions.

Royally Us host Mandie Decamp said, "I would absolutely love to see a Royal Family vacation."

Co-host Molly Mulshine said, "It would be great to see but unfortunately, British citizens aren't allowed in the US right now unless if you're married to a US citizen."

"This is just going to remain a pipe dream I think."

Under current Covid-19 guidelines, only US citizens, greencard holders and visa permits are allowed entry into America.

For travellers coming from the US to the UK, they must isolate for ten days upon arrival and take two Covid-19 lateral flow tests.

Prince Harry recently returned to London for the unveiling ceremony of a new Princess Diana statue at Kensington Palace.

The statue was unveiled on July 1, to commemorate what would have been Diana's 60th birthday.

Upon his arrival, Prince Harry self-isolated at Frogmore Cottage for five days before testing negative to two tests.

In order to attend the ceremony, he left Meghan Markle in California to care for their newborn baby daughter Lilibet and two-year-old son Archie.

Prince William and Kate have not yet met Lilibet "Lili" Diana, and have not seen Archie since November 2019.

Since the Duke and Duchess of Sussex withdrew from the Royal Family, relations between the two couples have been tense.

During their tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey, Prince Harry characterised his relationship with William as "space" and said they were on "different paths".

The Duke also expressed his disappointment in his father Prince Charles, saying he felt "really let down".

Whilst royal expert Mandie Decamp imagined the two couples taking their children "to Disneyland together", so far reconciliatory talks have reportedly been unproductive.

Although Harry returned to the UK for Prince Philip's funeral and the statue unveiling, there are no current plans for him and Meghan to return to London.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex currently reside in $14.65million mansion in Montecito, Califronia with their two young children.
