       KUWAIT CITY, Sept 28: The General Department of Police Force Affairs announced the reopening of the website as of October 1, for a period of one month, for those who wish to cancel or amend their transfer request or submit a new request, pointing out that no requests will be received after the deadline, reports Al-Rai daily. Reliable sources said the decision came based on the directives of the Minister of Interior Sheikh Thamer Al-Ali and followup of the issue by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Lieutenant-General Sheikh Faisal Al-Nawaf, on the need to take into account the human and social dimension of the security establishment’s employees, and in conjunction with the desire of some of them to cancel the transfer request that was previously submitted by a precedent to benefit from the years of experience in his workplace. The sources explained if the transfer decision is implemented, years of experience will not be used in disbursing the allowance.
