       KUWAIT CITY, Feb 8: The concerned government agencies have started an open discussion on the types of foods that could be harmful to the health of citizens, reports Al- Anba daily. The government agencies reviewed items included in the ration card to determine the effect of these items on public health.

       Meanwhile, sources revealed that the Public Authority for Food and Nutrition presented recommendations to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry; including the removal of some foodstuffs from the ration card as they were found to contain high calories and are therefore considered unhealthy.
