       KUWAIT CITY, Aug 22: Cooperative societies offered discounted PCR test fees for their shareholders starting this month, reports Al-Qabas daily. Cooperatives are offering competitive fees for PCR tests, while the accredited medical laboratories are charging KD 20. A cooperative society recently offered a PCR test fee of 990 fils for a family among its shareholders — the lowest among the cooperatives; another cooperative offers the same service for KD 5 and one charges KD4
