Currently, there are reports that the A112 High Road Leyton is blocked near Leyton Park Rd and Coronation Gardens following a Police incident. Police are responding to reports of men fighting including one armed with a hammer.

       Waltham Forest police confirmed that no arrests have been made at this stage.

       One man has been found with head injury and has been taken to hospital, but his condition remains unknown.

       One onlooker shared an image of an air ambulance at the scene stating "something bad has happened in Leyton".

       The spectator stated she had "never seen anything like it, everyone stunned".

       Police were called to the scene near Leyton High Street at 17:49 today.

       The area is currently being treated as a crime scene while enquiries remain ongoing.
