PETALING JAYA: Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional Sdn Bhd (Proton) has appointed Roslan Abdullah (pic) to the post of deputy chief executive officer.

       In a statement, the automobile company said Roslan officially assumed his duties on Jan 1, replacing Datuk Radzaif Mohamed, who retired from the position on Dec 31, 2021.

       Proton said Roslan was previously the vice-president, sales and marketing, for Proton as well as chief executive officer of Proton Edar Sdn Bhd, roles he had held since June 1, 2020.
