Three men have been arrested and charged with murder in a fatal shooting in March in Prince George’s County, police said.
Kenneth Gails, 30, of Riverdale; Marcus Chapman, 33, of Hyattsville; and Josue Vasques, 27, of Hyattsville are each charged with first- and second-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder and related counts in the killing of Jarell Thompson, 31, of Washington, police said. They are being held without bond at the county jail, according to police.

On March 6, officers responded at about 12:15 a.m. to a shooting in the 3500 block of 52nd Avenue in the unincorporated section of Hyattsville, police said. They found Thompson with gunshot wounds inside a car, police said. He died at the scene.
According to an initial investigation, the suspects knew Thompson and shot him during a robbery, police said.
It was not immediately clear whether Gails, Chapman or Vasques has an attorney.
