       TOKYO -- A series of monkey sightings were reported in several Tokyo wards on Nov. 2, but no injuries to people have been confirmed.

       The sightings were reported in Shibuya, Shinjuku, Setagaya and other wards. According to ward offices, a monkey was seen near the Kitazawa district of Setagaya Ward at around 8:30 a.m. and near the Nishishinjuku skyscraper district of Shinjuku Ward at around 1 p.m. on Nov. 2.

       Ward authorities are calling on the public to stay away from the monkeys, to not feed them, to not lock eyes with them, and to lock doors and windows.
