The Queen’s granddaughter, 32, and her husband, 38, are preparing to welcome their first child together this autumn. The royal couple have secured a property near Blenheim Palace, it has been suggested.
Relocating from London to the countryside home will provide Beatrice, a first-time mother soon, and Edoardo with a relaxed lifestyle.
Their offer on the property was accepted months after choosing the dreamy retreat, the MailOnline reported.
It is believed the Cotswolds home boasts a tennis court, swimming pool and a party barn.
Princess Beatrice and Mr Mapelli celebrated their first wedding anniversary last month.
They first stepped out in public together in March 2019 at a Gala hosted by the National Portrait Gallery in London.
Later that month, the pair were photographed holding hands in New York City.
The couple wed in a private ceremony on July 17, 2020 after their original plans were cancelled due to the coronavirus lockdown.
Beatrice’s pregnancy news was announced less than a year after her wedding in a statement released by Buckingham Palace.
The statement, released on May 19, read: "Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are very pleased to announce that they are expecting a baby in autumn of this year.
