Lotto has been around since 1994 and it is dubbed as the "nation's favourite game" by the National Lottery. Lotto has made millionaires of some of its lucky players over the years, and the June 23 draw offers the prospect of making one winner approximately ￡5.1 million richer.

       Lotto is super easy to play and it costs ￡2 to play per game.

       All a player needs to do is pick six numbers from 1-59, or they can opt for a Lucky Dip instead for randomly selected numbers.

       Players can choose their Lotto numbers online via the National Lottery website or in some stores and supermarkets.

       Players can play up to seven lines of numbers on each play slip and they can buy up to 10 slips at a time.

       Lotto draws take place every Wednesday and Saturday, so players can opt to play on one or both days.

       It is also possible to set up a continuous Direct Debit to play Lotto in advance.

       Tickets can be purchased online from 6am until 11pm, but players will need to buy their ticket before 7.30pm on a draw day.

       To win the jackpot, players will need to match the six main numbers.

       But as well as the jackpot, there are other chances to win some money with Lotto.

       Matching five main numbers and the Bonus ball could see someone win a cool ￡1million.

       The winning Lotto numbers are: 4, 14, 15, 33, 50, 53 and the Bonus Ball is 16.

       The winning Thunderball numbers are: 17, 22, 27, 28, 38 and the Thunderball is 1.
