Humza Yousaf's brother-in-law has been charged with drug offences after being arrested in Dundee.
Ramsay El-Nakla is the brother of Nadia El-Nakla, the Scottish First Minister's wife. He was detained after reports of a break-in in the city on Thursday.
Police confirmed a 50-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman were also arrested and charged.
All three are due to appear before Dundee Sheriff Court on Monday.

The arrests were first publicised in the Sunday Post, which reported Mr Humza as declining to comment when contacted.
His wife added: “I don’t have any comment just now. Let’s see what happens in the next few days.”
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Officers were called to a report of a break-in at a property on Balmoral Gardens in Dundee during the evening of Thursday, January 11. Three people - two men, aged 50 and 36, and a 41-year-old woman - were traced and all have been arrested and charged in connection with drug offences."

The El-Nakla family have been in the headlines in recent months after Ms Humza’s parents became trapped in Gaza during a trip to see their doctor son Mohammed, which coincided with the October 7 terror attacks on Israel by Hamas.

They were eventually permitted to escape the city and return to Scotland, but are currently visiting Turkey, where Mohammed's wife and children are staying.
Ms Humza has admitted the Turkish government put the family's name on a refugee list after she discussed the situation with the wife of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
