PETALING JAYA: Southern Steel Bhd (SSB) is proposing to dispose of two parcels of land measuring 12.56ha in Pasir Gudang, Johor Baru to Sinppa Industrial Sdn Bhd or SISB for RM65mil, where it foresees a net gain on disposal totalling RM6.42mil.

       In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, SSB said the properties were not needed, and the move would enable it to realise its investment in the property. ― Bernama
