SALT Bae has made a name for himself as the king of steaks - so it's no surprise he scoffs three a day.

The internet sensation, real name Nusret G?k?e, also knocks back a cappuccino and grape molasses as part of his bizarre diet, which he sticks to alongside a gruelling workout regime.

The Turkish chef, 38, has described exercise and nutrition as "like fingerprints" in that they are "personalised".

For the flamboyant salt sprinkler, this means two glasses of room temperature still water and four apricots to start each day.

This is followed by one cappuccino an hour later before beginning his daily workout.

Exercises include intense planks with his feet up walls and lifting heavy weights while balanced on a gym ball.

He has even shared videos of him sprinting in the sea and doing pull-ups on two doors as they open.

After his unusual training, G?k?e tucks into his breakfast which consists of a 250g steak with chickpeas, lentils, beans and black rice.

For lunch he has an assortment of steamed vegetables and a 250g steak.

It's another coffee in the afternoon, this time a single espresso, accompanied by a yoghurt with grape molasses - a traditional Turkish syrup.

This keeps him going until dinner at 9pm which, you've guessed it, is another steak.

G?k?e pairs his third meaty serving with a beetroot salad - followed by only water for the rest of the night.

Then it's back to the gym in the morning to do it all over again.

The restaurant owner, who boasts 39.3million followers on Instagram, often shares videos of his out-of-the-ordinary ways of keeping fit.

He has boasted of doing sit-ups on the edge of a swimming pool, dunking himself under the water with each rep.

And he has given his gym floor a polish using a towel as he engaged his shredded core muscles.

Most recently, he mixed things up, today sharing a clip of himself pouring a cup of hot water, which he says he drinks before doing any cardio.

It then cuts to him running with ankle weights through a park before using an elastic exercise band to show off his muscly legs.

       'NO EXCUSES'

Speaking about his "daily program", G?k?e said: "Whenever you are whatever you do you can always train. No excuses.

"Be creative. Use stone, elastic ropes, any equipment does the job.

"It is important is to start your training. Let the oxygen flow through your veins. Let the power be with you."

And he puts his ability to function perfectly on just four hours sleep down to his diet and exercise, adding: "I don't feel exhausted."

His wacky routine rivals that of gym-obsessed Mark Wahlberg who famously revealed he gets up at 2.30am to hit the weights.

Speaking about his daily routine, the American actor, 50, told how he works out twice and always makes time to fit in a cryo chamber session.

Let the oxygen flow through your veins. Let the power be with you.

Salt Bae last month opened London restaurant Nusr-Et Steakhouse.

Wealthy diners have flocked in their thousands to try the jaw-droppingly expensive food - which includes a £100 gold-covered burger, a £50 cappuccino and £18 onion flower.

The Turkish butcher, restaurateur and human meme whose theatrical steak presentation - immortalised in a 2017 video watched by more than 17 million people - precipitated an unstoppable, 14-site global restaurant empire.

But Brits hoping to visit the capital outlet for dinner might be better off booking a flight to the eatery in Turkey - as the trip would be cheaper.

A bill from one hungry customer showed they had spent a whopping £1,812.40 in total, while another forked out £37,023 - spending £5,000 just on service.
