On a visit to the new UK Police Memorial where Prince Charles has unveiled a plaque honouring all fallen officers and staff, Boris Johnson got into trouble after a gust of wind almost cost him his umbrella. The Prime Minister can be seen desperately trying to recover his umbrella as Prince Charles fell into hysterics over the incident.
As Prince Charles took his seat ahead of the ceremony in the pouring rain, members of the public opened their umbrellas to keep them from getting sodden.
But as Mr Johnson went to open his umbrella to keep himself dry, it burst open and turned inside out.
Mr Johnson appeared shocked as onlookers fell into hysterical laughter at the gaffe.
He then frantically tried to pull the umbrella back in with little success.
