KLANG: Police are looking for a male suspect in connection with the break-in of a house at Taman Sentosa here.

A Facebook user with the handle "Irene Kim" had posted a number of videos and pictures of a man believed to be the suspect.

The videos, believed to be from a house CCTV, shows the suspect getting out of a white car and ringing the doorbell before leaving.

Another video then shows him parking the car and approaching the house.

The Facebook user also posted a picture of a roof tile which was moved to gain entry into the house as well as a video of the ransacked house.

South Klang OCPD Asst Comm Cha Hoong Fong confirmed the case.

"We received a report from a 36-year-old man who claimed he found the house in a ransacked state at around 6.30pm on Tuesday when he got home.

"The complainant also claimed there was a hole in his house ceiling," he said, adding that the man lost two gold rings, three gold chains and at least RM2,100 cash.

Those with information on the case should contact the police hotline at 03-2052 9999 or go to the nearest police station.
