KUALA LUMPUR: The investigation papers on the #TangkapAzamBaki rally have been sent to the deputy public prosecutor (DPP).
Brickfields OCPD Asst Comm Amihizam Abdul Shukor, when contacted Sunday (Feb 20), confirmed the matter.
"Yes, it is with the DPP," he said.
The rally on Jan 22 was originally planned for Sogo, Dataran Merdeka and Masjid Jamek, but was changed to the Bangsar LRT the night before.
The rally called for action against Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission chief commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki over his share-trading controversy.
