       No weather worries today or tomorrow as we stay warm and dry with highs near and above 80. A cold front brings shower chances late Friday into Saturday. But how many showers, their exact timing and impact on outdoor plans remains uncertain. We’re still on the warm side of the front on Friday before cooling off during the weekend, especially by Sunday when highs only reach the 60s.

       Today (Wednesday): Pretty much a carbon copy of yesterday. After some patchy areas of early-morning fog, we’re mostly sunny and warm again. Morning temperatures rise through the 60s into the 70s, and afternoon highs climb to the low to mid-80s. Winds are light from the southeast. Confidence: High

       Tonight: After another mostly clear and comfortably warm October evening with temperatures dropping through the 70s into the 60s, we could see patchy fog develop overnight. Lows settle in the mid-50s to near 60. Confidence: High

       Skies are mostly cloudy on Friday as a cold front approaches. We’re still on the warm side of the front, which means afternoon highs around 75-80. A few showers and a thunderstorm are possible Friday afternoon and night, but they may be hit-or-miss. Still mild Friday night with lows near 60. Confidence: Medium

       A chance of showers and a thunderstorm continues Saturday morning and possibly into the afternoon depending on how slowly or quickly the cold front moves through. Too soon to say whether we’ll see a solid area of showers develop or whether they’ll be more scattered. Otherwise we’re mostly cloudy and breezy with highs near 70. Behind the front, temperatures fall into the 50s Saturday evening with cooler overnight lows near 50. Confidence: Low-Medium

       The front should be long gone by Sunday, leaving us with partly to mostly sunny skies, a lingering breeze and much drier air. Temperatures trend several degrees below normal with highs only in the low to mid-60s. Confidence: Medium
