Two men have been charged with first- and second-degree murder in a stabbing in the Langley Park area on Feb. 21, Prince George’s County police said.

       Jesus Escobar-Sanchez, 36, of no fixed address, and Douglas Gonzalez-Diaz, 26, of Hyattsville, are accused of killing 21-year-old Cristian Mendoza-Ventura. Both men are being held without bond at the county Department of Corrections, police said.

       Mendoza-Ventura was found with multiple stab wounds in the 7300 block of 17th Avenue about 11:15 p.m., police said. He died at a hospital.

       According to an initial investigation, the men knew each other and the stabbing happened during a dispute, police said.

       Online court records did not list attorneys for the men.
